Avage® Cream

Avage® Cream is a formulation that has been proven to effectively reduce facial fine wrinkles, making the skin noticeably smoother. It can reduce certain types of dark and light spots on the face, giving the skin a more even tone.

Avage Cream contains the active ingredient tazarotene in an emollient cream formulation. Tazarotene is a retinoid, a potent prescription medication. Although scientists do not know how tazarotene works, they believe that it works below the skin’s surface to provide proven visible results.

In clinical studies, people ranging in age from 27 to 81 used Avage Cream, combined with comprehensive skin protection and sunlight avoidance programs, for 24 weeks. The results of one study showed up to 82% had noticeably reduced facial mottled hyperpigmentation (skin discoloration), and up to 58% had noticeably reduced facial fine wrinkling.
